The thermostats are very useful to regulate in a simple way, the temperature that is in a room of the house or all of it as a whole. Thanks to them, we can remotely control the degrees without having to approach the fixed controls of the boiler or check out where they Sell Power plug (ขาย ปลั๊กไฟ, which is the term in Thai) in a case of damages. The usual thing is that the main rooms of the house, such as the living room, or the corridors, are the ones that house the manual controls, but if we want to know at all times what the temperature is or even regulate it in a very comfortable way with our hands, one of these devices will be very useful for us.
Despite all this, there are still many who consider how to install a wireless thermostat because they have some doubts about the process. We will try to solve all of them, explaining step by step how the installation is done.
The Connection, Via Terminals
It is possible to acquire a wide variety of thermostats, with unlimited colors and designs, but what we should pay more attention to is its performance. A model that has two terminals with which to have access to the electric current and two other terminals to control the boiler will guarantee proper operation.
We open the receiver, where we will find two small strips. The first one is connected with a two-wire cable to the earth and the data’s power plug (ปลั๊กไฟ data, which is the term in Thai) supply, taking into account that ‘L’ is the signal of the phase cable, and ‘N’ is the signal of the neutral cable.
In the second, the connection cables to the boiler that are used for conventional thermostats are connected. One must be connected to position ‘A’ and one to position ‘B.’
We close the lid of the receiver and place the receiver near the boiler, fixing it to the wall with screws.
Once we have verified that the receiver has an electric current, we check the programming between the receiver and the transmitter with the specific instructions of the device.
